Filipe is the Operations Director of M2PA, leading technical coordination and structured execution across all developments, ensuring construction rigor, quality control, and strict adherence to timelines and specifications.
He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Design, from NOVA University Lisbon – FCT, and brings 17 years of industry experience. He began his career in on-site technical assistance, developing a deep understanding of construction realities, multidisciplinary coordination, and real-time problem solving — a foundation that continues to strengthen his operational leadership.
Throughout his career, Filipe has built solid expertise as a Structural Designer and Project Coordinator, including international exposure during a professional period in Macau, where he worked within demanding technical and regulatory environments.
In recent years, he has further strengthened his capabilities in BIM methodologies, combining technical expertise with software proficiency to enhance project integration, efficiency, and risk mitigation at the design stage.
At M2PA, Filipe ensures that each development is built upon strong technical foundations, coordinated processes, and disciplined execution — reinforcing the robustness of every project and the confidence of investors and partners.
